TEMA DI RICERCA
AGRO-FOOD MARKETING – Q METHODOLOGY – NEUROMARKETING

Serena Mandolesi is Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Materials, Environmental Sciences and Urban Planning of the Polytechnic University of Marche. In 2018 she attains the National Scientific Qualification as associate professor, disciplinary grouping “Agricultural economics and rural appraisal” (AGR/01).Her research activity is mainly concentrated on the study of agro-food marketing and neuromarketing with particular interest in:product and process innovations, dairy and meat supply-chains and acceptance of edible insects as food; environmental sustainability (e.g. analysis of photovoltaic impact) and consumers’ behavior toward artistic artefacts. Studies conducted are based on the application of quali-quantitative research methodologies such as: Q methodology, Means-End Chain analysis (MEC) and Eye-tracking technology.
