Studio del comportamento meccanico e della durabilità di sistemi compositi (FiberReinforcedPolymer, FabricReinforcedCementitious Matrix) per il rinforzo ed il recupero di strutture in muratura e calcestruzzo armato. Sviluppo di materiali innovativi ed ecosostenibili con il riutilizzo di materiali di scarto per applicazioni nel settore edile-industriale. Materiali cementizi avanzati con proprietà meccaniche e/o funzionali migliorate.Ultra-High Performance Fiber-Reinforced Concrete (UHPFRC) per applicazioni strutturali.

Ha conseguito la laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Edile, con lode, presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche nel 2012. Da novembre 2012 collabora con il Dipartimento di Scienze e Ingegneria della Materia, dell’Ambiente ed Urbanistica e nel 2016 ha conseguito il titolo di Dottore di Ricerca in Ingegneria dei Materiali presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche con una tesi dal titolo: “Study of enhancedfiberreinforcedcementitiousmatrix (FRCM) systems for structural rehabilitation“. Ha conseguito il premio AIMAT per la migliore tesi di dottorato nel 2016 e menzione da parte di ACI ItalyChapter nel premio per dottorandi “Innovation in Concrete Structures and CementitiousMaterials 2016”. È stato Visiting Researcher presso l’Università di Miami da ottobre 2014 ad agosto 2015. Da gennaio 2016 è assegnista di ricerca presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche, Dipartimento SIMAU.

He received his master’s degree in Building Engineering, with honors, at UniversitàPolitecnicadelle Marche in 2012. Since November 2012 he collaborates with the Department of Materials, Environmental Sciences and Urban Planning and he got his PhD in Materials Engineering in 2016 with a thesis titled: “Study of enhanced fiber reinforced cementitious matrix (FRCM) systems for structural rehabilitation”. He obtained the AIMAT award for the best PhD thesis in 2016 andmention by ACI Italy Chapter in the PhD Student Award “Innovation in Concrete Structures and Cementitious Materials 2016”. He has been visiting researcher at University of Miami from October 2014 to August 2015. Since January 2016 he is a post-doctoral researcher at UniversitàPolitecnicadelle Marche, SIMAU Department.
